1General Terms

1.1These purchase and sale terms and conditions (the "Terms") set out the mutual rights and obligations of the Buyer and MB "Etalona" (the "Seller"), the conditions of purchasing and paying for goods on get-mumbu.com, the procedure for delivery and returns, the responsibility of the parties, and other related terms.

1.2The Seller may amend these Terms as permitted by applicable laws in the relevant jurisdictions, including the country or region where the Buyer resides and any mandatory consumer protection regulations. Mandatory local consumer rights remain unaffected.

1.3By placing an order, the Buyer confirms they have the legal capacity to purchase goods under the laws of their jurisdiction.

1.4Orders may be placed by individuals who have reached the age of majority under the laws of their own jurisdiction, or who have valid parental or guardian consent where permitted, and by legal entities acting through authorised representatives. Orders may be restricted due to export controls, sanctions, or local legal restrictions.

2Conclusion of the Purchase-Sale Agreement

2.1By completing checkout, the Buyer submits an offer to purchase the goods. The purchase-sale agreement is formed when the Seller begins processing the order for fulfilment. If the Seller cannot process the order for any reason, the Seller may cancel it and refund any payment. The agreement remains in effect until all obligations are completed.

3Buyer's Rights

3.1The Buyer has the right to purchase goods from the get-mumbu.com online store in accordance with these Terms and the procedures established by the store.

3.2Return and cancellation rights are determined by the consumer protection laws of your country or region. Unless stricter local law applies, our standard policy is:

14-day withdrawal period from the date of delivery.
US / CA / AU / Rest of world
30-day return period for unused and unopened items, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

Certain products cannot be returned where prohibited by local law, including:

  • Personalised or custom-made items.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Sealed hygiene or cosmetic items once unsealed.
  • Goods that cannot be returned for health or safety reasons once opened.
  • Digital content delivered immediately with your consent.
  • Other non-returnable goods required by local law in your region.

3.3To exercise your return right, contact us in writing with your order number and return details. We will provide return instructions in accordance with the laws applicable to your region.

3.4Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, unless local consumer law permits otherwise.

4Buyer's Obligations

4.1The Buyer must comply with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use of get-mumbu.com, and other conditions clearly stated on get-mumbu.com, as well as applicable laws of their own jurisdiction.

4.2The Buyer is required to pay for the goods and any additional services (delivery, etc.) and accept the goods in accordance with these Terms.

4.3The Buyer is required to pay for ordered goods or services and accept them according to the procedures established by these Terms.

4.4If any of the Buyer's registration details change, they must update the information immediately.

5Seller's Rights

5.1If the Buyer attempts to harm the stability or security of the online store, or breaches their obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately limit, suspend, or terminate their access to get-mumbu.com without prior notice.

5.2The Seller has the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice.

5.3The Seller has other rights as provided under these Terms and applicable laws.

5.4The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's order without prior notice if the Buyer fails to pay for the goods within one (1) business day.

6Seller's Obligations

6.1The Seller is obliged to ensure that the Buyer can properly use the services provided by the get-mumbu.com online store.

6.2If the Seller cannot supply the ordered goods due to important circumstances, the Seller is obliged to offer the Buyer a similar product. If the Buyer refuses the alternative, the Seller must refund the money within the timeframe required by applicable consumer protection laws (e.g. 14 days in the EU/UK, or other local timelines).

6.3The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's order without prior notice if:

  • The Buyer fails to pay for the goods within one (1) business day when paying by bank transfer.
  • The Buyer fails to pay the required advance within one (1) business day when paying in cash.
  • Technical issues or data transmission errors occur on the get-mumbu.com platform, regardless of cause.

6.4When purchasing on installment, the Buyer must follow the rules for purchasing goods on installments as defined by their bank.

7Prices, Payment Procedure & Deadlines

7.1Prices of goods on the online store and in the order are displayed in the currency shown at checkout (e.g. GBP, EUR, USD). Taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax) and any customs duties or import taxes depend on your shipping country.

7.2The Buyer can pay for goods using one of the following methods:

  • Payment via PayPal.
  • Payment via a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) through a secure payment gateway.

7.3The Seller will begin preparing goods for shipment and calculate delivery time only after receiving payment for the goods.

8Delivery of Goods

8.1The Buyer, when ordering goods, must provide an accurate delivery address.

8.2The Buyer must provide accurate delivery information. Risk of loss passes to the Buyer once the goods are delivered to the address provided, in accordance with applicable law.

8.3Goods are delivered by the Seller or an authorised representative of the Seller.

8.4Delivery dates are estimates and may vary by region. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, logistics, or events outside our control. We will inform you of shortages or delays and provide options. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, without limiting your mandatory consumer rights.

8.5In all cases, the Seller is not liable for delivery delays where goods cannot be delivered, or delivery is delayed, for reasons beyond the Seller's control.

9Subscription Terms

Note: The Mumbu Tracking Card is sold as a one-time purchase — no subscription, no recurring charge. This section applies only to Mumbu products explicitly sold on a subscription basis at checkout.

9.1By purchasing a subscription product, you agree that your order will automatically renew according to the billing schedule shown clearly at checkout. Your first payment covers the initial shipment. Unless cancelled, the same payment method will be charged again according to the renewal schedule displayed at checkout (e.g. after 7 days for the first renewal, then at regular intervals).

9.2By completing your purchase, you authorise MB "Etalona" to automatically charge your payment method for recurring subscription payments until you cancel. The renewal price, frequency, and next billing date will be disclosed on the checkout page.

9.3Cancellation — you may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@get-mumbu.com with your full name, order number, and cancellation request. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next shipment.

9.4All subscription orders are subject to the standard delivery terms in Section 8 of these Terms.

9.5If payment for a renewal fails, we may attempt to charge the payment method again or contact you to update your details. If payment is not received, shipments will be paused until payment is confirmed.
