1Shipping & Handling Fees

Shipping is free on every Mumbu order. Promotional discounts may further reduce your total cost. We cover delivery expenses to make sure your order is shipped promptly and securely.

2Order Processing Time

We aim to process your order within 1–3 business days. Please note that processing times may take longer during busy periods, such as holidays or special product launches.

3Order Delivery Time

If the product you ordered is in stock at the supplier, we will deliver it to you within 7–14 business days. This delivery time is an estimate, not a guarantee — actual delivery may vary depending on your location and local carrier.

4Delays & Liability

Mumbu is not liable for shipping delays or issues caused by customs procedures, natural events, handovers between carriers such as EMS, DHL, or your local postal service, or transportation strikes and disruptions. Nor are we responsible for any additional fees, customs duties, or handling charges applied by carriers or customs authorities.

5Damaged Items

If your order from Mumbu arrives damaged, we're happy to provide a replacement at no additional cost. Please reach out to our Customer Support Team at support@get-mumbu.com.

To process your request, kindly provide:

  1. 1Photos of the damaged product.
  2. 2Photos of the damaged packaging.
The damaged item must be returned to the address provided by our Customer Support Team, so it can be inspected.
