We stand behind the quality of the Tracking Card. Here's how returns and refunds work if something isn't right.

1Return Eligibility (Within 14 Days)

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, but only under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged or faulty.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • You've changed your mind — within 14 days only, and only if the product is unused and unopened.
Note: We do not accept returns under any circumstances after 14 days of receipt.

2Return Conditions

  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging. Items that appear used, tampered with, or improperly packaged will be rejected and not refunded.
  • All returns must include:
    • A completed and printed Return Form, attached in a visible place on the package.
  • Customers must return items using a tracked courier service and provide us with the tracking number. Returns sent without a tracking number, or without sharing it with us, may be rejected by our warehouse. To avoid issues, please use registered mail or another shipping method that includes tracking.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Returns sent without a Return Form or tracking number will be refused and discarded.

3How to Request a Return

    Contact us Email support@get-mumbu.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your full name, order number, and a description of the issue or reason for return. If approved, we'll issue your Return Form.
  2. 2
    Pack and ship Attach the Return Form in a visible place on the package and ship it to the address below. You must use a tracked courier and share the tracking number with us by email — returns without tracking, or without providing it to us, will not be accepted.

    Inspection and refund Once received and inspected — usually within 7–14 days — we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for funds to reflect in your account.

4Important Notes

  • No returns will be accepted after 14 days under any circumstance.
  • Refunds cover only the cost of the product. Original or express shipping charges are non-refundable, unless we are at fault.
  • Returns that don't meet the conditions above will be rejected without refund.
