1.2Buyer — any legally capable natural or legal person who has made a purchase on the e-commerce website www.get-mumbu.com.

1.3These Rules for Personal Data Processing (the "Rules") set out the main principles of collecting, processing, and storing personal data, which the Data Controller follows when managing the Buyer's personal information.

2General Provisions

2.1The processing of the Buyer's personal data is regulated by the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts governing the collection of such data, as well as these Rules.

2.2Buyers' data is collected for specific and lawful purposes, and processed fairly and accurately.

3Processing of Personal Data

3.1The Buyer agrees that personal data provided voluntarily during the order process will be processed in accordance with these Rules.

3.2The Buyer has the right to access their personal data and to request correction or removal of inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect data, by emailing info@get-mumbu.com or calling +370 620 77111. In such cases, the Seller will promptly fulfil the Buyer's request, generally within 2–3 business days.

3.3The Data Controller acknowledges and respects the right to privacy of every Buyer who places an order at www.get-mumbu.com. The Data Controller collects and uses the Buyer's personal data (name, surname, address, phone number, email, and other information provided during the order) to process product or service orders and to fulfil other contractual obligations.

3.4The Data Controller commits not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except to partners providing delivery or other services related to fulfilling the Buyer's order. In all other cases, personal data may be disclosed to third parties only as required by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.5Personal data is processed using secure measures to protect against unauthorised destruction, disclosure, or other unlawful actions.

4Amendments to the Rules

4.1The Data Controller reserves the right to change the Rules in part or in full, notifying Buyers via the get-mumbu.com website. The Seller commits to providing a technical opportunity for the Buyer to re-consent to the updated Privacy Policy.

5Submission & Transfer of Information

5.1All notifications regarding the processing of personal data should be submitted to the Data Controller by email at info@get-mumbu.com or by post.

5.2The Data Controller will respond using the same form in which the notification or complaint was received.

6Cookies

6.1A cookie is a small text file with a unique identification number that is sent from a website to the user's device, distinguishing the user's browser type and tracking activity on the site. The unique number identifies the browser each time the user visits the website. Cookies do not store personal information such as a name or address — they are used to gather statistical data, such as the number of visits and site traffic, and this information is not linked to personal data. Users can disable cookies at any time, but certain features of the get-mumbu.com website may not work properly without them.

6.2Purposes of cookie usage:

6.2.1To create shopping carts (for core site functionality) and to track website visitor statistics. Users may be required to register to place an order — in such cases, personal data (such as name, email, phone number, etc.) may be requested. A cart cookie is created when the user adds items to the cart, and is deleted when the session ends (upon logging out or closing the browser window).

The company has the right to use information provided during registration, or gathered by other lawful means, in accordance with these Rules.
